One stop while in the Cairngorms was Cairngorm Mountain. In the car park there you can often find snow buntings, which can be tempted down a bit closer with some seed. It was pretty snowy so I got shots of them on the rocky wall with some snow around.Details
Some more photos photos from Loch Garten. A great tit posed, looking right at me, which gives a bit of a different perspective. A treecreeper landed in a pine tree and I managed a couple of grab shots as it searched for food. And a chaffinch posed on the twig.Details
