It was miserable weather yesterday when I visited Rainham Marshes yesterday and the main reason for my visit was to pick up a signed copy of ‘Dragonflight’ by Marianne Taylor (with whom I had a nice chat about dragonflies and the fun involved in photographing them!). Look out for a review once I read it!
I thought it would be rude not at least venture out into the first hide and try out the Pentax Q + DA*300mm 1700mm equivalent set up and get some video of the pintail, wigeon and snipe on view. The poor conditions probably pushed the set up to the limit a bit but I got some clips, which I’ve put together with some music in Movie Maker for my first real attempt at a ‘proper’ video. Let me know what you think!
