A week after my first visit to see the water rail I went back for another go.
I got a nice one in the water
But when it posed on some nice green vegetation, the shadow of someone standing behind me (I was laying down!) was cast in exactly the wrong place, again just as happened the previous week!
Still, I got my best ever water rail shots on the 2 visits
