I had another attempt at the ‘meet the neighbours’ style wildlife photography, which involves photographing your subject on a completely white background. I tried it first on a Rhantus Diving beetle in one of my aquariums. I also tried it with a water stick insect. Then a few close ups with a normal background
While in Kefalonia we had a couple of rain showers during the evenings. I had seen some green toadlets in another town and a squashed adult green toad in the grounds of the hotel so I grabbed a torch and when the rain stopped and almost right outside the door was a green toad hopping…
My Bushnell Trophy Cam HD Max arrived yesterday so I put it up in the garden to see if I could capture the local fox and got this. Not bad, I’ll place it lower down in future. Im trying out the stills feature tonight so will probably have more to say tomorrow.
