Here are some rockpool creature photos. Taken in my photographic aquarium, I caught these on Broadhaven beach in Pembrokeshire, Wales. First up is the shanny:
At one point it demonstrated its ability to glup air.
There was also a young wrasse, but I’m not sure what species.
I also photographed a common rockpool find, a shrimp.
That’ll be a Blenny and a Prawn
Shanny is the name given to this type of blenny and I read somewhere the other day there is not set definition for a shrimp or prawn 🙂
