Last week I spent some time at my local water vole site (looked over by a good friend of mine) and I was rewarded with some good views. They were how ever a little shy to begin with.
But they soon appeared in the open.
The set up there allows some clear shots of these shy animals.
With a long lens you can get some nice close ups too.
By sitting a waiting you can observe some behaviour and get some interesting shots
There are a few cute little juveniles around too.
It is great spot for photography and I’m pleased to say I can now offer a workshop to this location so I can help you get photos of your own of these wonderful little mammals.
